The value of dissent is part of how we function. That is, we are an evolving organization that rejects the status quo and drives creativity and progress through purposeful dissent, scrutiny, and application of our mission and values.


Agency is the capacity of an individual to act in an environment. Our work focuses on identifying and implementing facilitators of human agency to empower males to be informed decision-makers and to adopt and sustain healthy lifestyles. We are more interested in the things that keep us healthy and well in the first place and redefining the need to conform to societal norms that are causing more harm than good for males.


We challenge the way we approach our operations and serve our community. In doing so, we implement strategies that take the individuality of one’s experience and blend it with a systematic process for discovering “best-fit”. We do so because we recognize the various identities that make up a male, the spectrum of masculinities that exists, and that wellness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. In turn, we provide solutions that support authenticity and help each person find their own path to a well life.


We are finding it more and more necessary to have specific conversations about intentionality towards wellness among males. This may be indicative of a deep, large-scale disconnection between him and his environment. Because of this, we recognize that our work cannot be achieved in silos. We believe in the power the collective effort can have in improving the health and well-being of others.
