Join us for this month's conneX experience, Connect on the Mat. We will be meeting at Firefly Yoga Studio to sharpen our practice, share conversations, and come together in community. The flow will run roughly 70 minutes and will be led by Coach Seth from runBMT.

What you need to bring:

• Your authentic self

• An open mind

• A yoga mat

• Water

This specific event on 1/10/2024 is for males only. We believe there is value in both all-gender and gender-specific spaces. Our programs are developed around each of these. In this case, however, we will be connecting through the shared male experience.
